About Me

NATHAN FRANCIS: Nathan’s appreciation for music stems back to his childhood days where he played in various bands and mastered a number of instruments. It was later in his teens where he discovered electronic music and soon developed a love for it, eventually leading him into DJing and production. His style is all about the groove with mix a of tech house, deep house and techno. In 2008 he entered the Destination! DJ competition and was lucky enough to win which helped cement his place in the Perth dance scene. During this time he has played in just about every club in Perth that is worth mentioning. He has recorded a guest mix and interview for popular Adelaide radio show SHIFT_ on fresh 927, conducted interviews with both Xpress & Drum Media street mags and has played at the likes of Future Music Festival, Godskitchen, Club Paradiso & Stereosonic. In July of 2010 Nathan landed a 2hr set in the homeland of EDM, Ibiza, at Kanya Beach Club. Picking up 2 PDMA awards for ‘BEST TECH HOUSE DJ’ & ‘BEST NEW TALENT’ was a highlight in his career thus far. With production high on the agenda expect to see and hear more of Nathan in the years to come.
